About
Nutrition plays a key role in supporting the wellbeing of both would-be and expectant mothers and their babies. A healthy diet incorporating fresh foods and plenty of fruits and vegetables can help lay the foundations for a healthy pregnancy.
With requirements for some essential nutrients rising by more than 50 percent4,5,6 when women are trying to conceive or are pregnant, it can be hard to achieve the recommended daily intake through diet alone. It is recommended that women consider supplementing their intake of key nutrients such as folic acid1 and iodine3 to ensure they have an adequate supply.
A pregnancy multivitamin like Natalis may help. Natalis is made in Australia and formulated to support women’s increased nutritional needs across their journey from conception to pregnancy to breastfeeding.
Natalis is proudly Australian Made, for all mums and babies. Natalis is produced by an Australian company and is carrying the certified Australian Made logo.
